Program Overview

The Liberty School Mentor/Mentee Program provides an opportunity for Arts District Liberty Station tenant artists to develop the skills needed to teach within the Liberty School program.

All new instructors interested in teaching for Liberty School participate as Mentees, working alongside an experienced instructor (Mentor) during a full program session.
Throughout the session, mentors guide mentees through teaching strategies, classroom management, and program logistics. By the end of the mentorship period, mentees are prepared to lead Liberty School classes independently.

Evaluations

At the conclusion of the session, both mentors and mentees complete evaluation forms to help strengthen the program and support future teaching artists.
