Getting Here

Getting to Arts District Liberty Station is simple and convenient, whether you’re arriving by car, public transit, or rideshare. Located in Point Loma, we’re just minutes from downtown San Diego and the airport.
The Arts District is part of the larger Liberty Station campus, a walkable neighborhood featuring galleries, museums, studios, restaurants, and performance venues.

Driving Directions

From Interstate 5

From I-5 South: take the Rosecrans Street exit and head west. Continue on Rosecrans Street and turn onto Roosevelt Road to enter Liberty Station.

From I-5 North: exit Pacific Highway/Barnett Avenue, merge left onto Barnett Avenue. Continue onto Lytton Street. Turn left at Sellers Plaza (Gate 1) to enter Liberty Station

From Interstate 8

Travel west toward the coast and merge onto Rosecrans Street. Continue south to Roosevelt Road and follow the signs for Liberty Station.

From Downtown San Diego or the Airport

Take Harbor Drive toward Point Loma, continue onto Laning Road, and follow signs to Liberty Station.

Parking

  • Free parking is available throughout the Liberty Station campus.
  • Several parking lots are located within walking distance of the Arts District’s galleries, studios, and cultural venues. Street parking is also available in the surrounding areas.
  • Accessible parking spaces are available in designated locations across the campus.

Public Transportation

Arts District Liberty Station can also be reached using the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS).
Take the MTS bus or trolley to Old Town Transit Center

Transfer to the Route 28 bus
