Announcements for Tenants

  • Tenant Funding for 2026: Arts District Liberty Station has launched new funding opportunities for tenant projects in 2026, including Community Micro Grants offering $100–$1,000 for individual or group projects with year-round applications and weekly funding decisions, and Community Collaboration Grants offering up to $3,000 for collaborative projects by two or more tenant organizations, with applications open through September 30, 2026, and quarterly selections totaling four awards. For full details, please review the Community Impact Fund PDF and apply through the Google Form. For any questions, contact Elyse Gwannulla at egwannulla@artsdistrictlibertystation.org.
  • As an Arts District Liberty Station tenant, you have the benefit of reserving outdoor space for your events and activations. All outdoor spaces are managed by the Liberty Station Community Association (LSCA) and require a valid permit with required event details to receive approval from the Promenade Committee. To reserve an outdoor space, fill out the LSCA Outdoor Permit and submit it to Emma Duke using the email subject line “Tenant Outdoor Permit Request- organization name”. Please do not send permits to Meissner property managers, as permit requests will only be processed through Emma Duke under the new procedure. Permits must be submitted at least 60 days prior to event date, failure to do so will result in delayed permit approval. Permits are not guaranteed approval. Email Emma Duke at eduke@artsdistrictlibertystation.org with any questions.

  • Logo is used in a “project supported by” location (depending on your design, this would be included where other sponsor and program partner logos are located)
  • Logo is not the headline/focal point of any promotional piece
  • Logo may not be altered in any way (shape, color, format)
  • All materials utilizing the logo must be approved by Arts District Liberty Station marketing staff prior to printing/publishing

Posting Events & Classes to the Liberty Station Website

Liberty Station’s website is a great way to promote your events and classes. Please see below for some useful tips before posting your events to the website.

  • Classes and events are on separate pages of the website, in an effort to make searching for things easier for users.
Select either “class” or “event” (not both) depending on your event type.
  • Classes include traditional class settings (art, craft, pottery, dance…), workshops, and camps.
  • Events include exhibits, grand openings, sales, performances, special dining experiences, etc.
  • Under classes or events, select any additional categories that match your submission type, but do not select categories under both event and class
  • You must have a directory listing for your studio/suite to appear in the venue selection drop-down. If you need to set up a directory listing, use this link.
  • If you don’t have a directory listing or your event is not taking place in a space on the drop-down, use the “Venue Override” and put the details there.
  • DO NOT use the Venue Override if you have already selected a venue from the dropdown menu.
  • If you fill out “venue override,” this is what will show in the location.
  • A recurring event is an event that takes place multiple times but is the same event (i.e. a weekly/daily/monthly exhibit, class or sale)
  • A multi session class is one where it’s required to attend all sessions of a class but the class takes place over multiple dates (i.e. every Wednesday in June)
  • If your classes are “multi session”
    • please list all the class dates in your event description
    • only select the first date/start date of the class in the date range. This will ensure that your course will not show on the calendar beyond the start date and guests will not be confused and attempt to sign up mid-session.
  • Social media and website link fields should be filled out with the entire URL (ex. www.instagram.com/yourhandle). If you only fill this out partially or if the link is incorrect, it will not link properly.
  • The website link you list should link directly to your event or class sign-up. If your event requires registration or payment, please ensure the link you use is the link to that registration page. Linking to a general page will cause confusion for the user experience.
  • Event submissions do not automatically appear on the calendar. Events are approved 2-3 times per week. Once approved they will appear.
  • To view events, use the calendar on the left side to select date or date range for events you wish to view. The default setting will show events in the current week.
  • To view classes tap/click the “Find a Class” button at the top of the event main page
  • Questions or requests to update or assist with event submissions, directory listings etc. can be sent to tmedina@artsdistrictlibertystation.org

If you plan to serve alcohol at an event held in your space, you are required to either, obtain a special Daily License Permit from the ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) or have your event catered by someone with a current alcohol license. Here’s how to proceed if a permit is needed:
1. Fill out the ABC-221 Form.
2. Submit the completed form to Property Management for approval and signatures.
3. Once approved and signed, submit the form to the ABC Office along with the required fee.
4. You will receive an email confirmation of your permit from the ABC.
5. Forward the confirmation to our Property Management team to keep on file.
Please be aware that you must display proper signage at each entrance/exit (Alcohol cannot leave that designated area) and have at least one RSB (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certified individual present at the event. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
